Does anyone know how to load sounds from an M3 set or Prophecy into the Pa4x?

Some m3 pcg can be entered and created manually on the Pa4X sound mode be going through each parameter on the oscillator mode, for the others that require sample it's the same but you need to load the samples required first.

You can load samples either on the keyboard it self using IMPORT method as explained on the manual of Pa4X Sample (Importing samples, multisamples and sounds) or using korgpamanager program on pc. You can import if im not mistaken, .KMP(multisample files), SF2(Sound font files) and some akai format samples.

For the prophecy the best way I think it's by sampling the sound you need using a recording software on pc and then transferring the samples and creating the sound on pa4x as explained above. You can sample the sound using Korg Pa4X as well using the recording samples on the keyboard but to get a better result in my opinion you need a pc software which does this automatically. Search online there are a few which sample instruments automatically choose one that you feel comfortable and sample the sound and instruments that you like.
